Designated Driving

Are you going out on the town tonight? Do you have a special night planned, including a date, a bachelor/bachelorette party, or just a fun night out on the town? Call the Ride Guys to get you and your car home safe! We have teams of drivers; one professional driver will chauffeur you and your car home, while the other team member follows along in a chase car, then picks up the driver at your home.  Our drivers also use scooters; the professional driver will place his fold up scooter in a bag in the back of your vehicle, chauffeur you and your car home, then drive his scooter to the next pickup.  Please call 20-30 minutes before you are ready to go home. Flagstaff Winter Parking Rules

According to information from the Flagstaff Police Department, the ordinance is meant to help with snow removal along city streets. The law requires vehicles to be off city streets between midnight and 7 a.m. The downtown business district requires vehicles to be off the streets by 3 a.m.

The downtown business district includes:

– Both sides of Leroux Street from Benton to Phoenix avenues and East Route 66 to Cherry Avenue

– Both sides of Benton, Cottage and Phoenix avenues from Leroux to Agassiz streets

– Both sides of Aspen Avenue from Beaver to Agassiz streets

– Both sides of Birch and Cherry avenues from Beaver to San Francisco streets

– The north side of East Route 66 from Beaver to Agassiz streets

– Both sides of Agassiz Street from East Route 66 to Birch Avenue

According to the police department, “During the first few weeks of November, the Flagstaff Police Department will issue warnings on vehicles parked illegally. At the first snowfall, officers may issue citations. In some cases, especially when a vehicle is an obstruction to snow removal, the vehicles are removed by a contracted tow company.”
